Terms of Use

1. Introduction

HEX Voice is an AI text-to-speech platform providing Studio, a voice library, API access, and paid service plans.

The Service is operated by the HEX Voice provider (“we”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Account and security

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for securing your login credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account.

• Do not share your account or API keys with third parties unless authorized.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts when we detect violations or security risks.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law, including the laws of Vietnam.

• Do not use the Service to create fraudulent content, harassment, malware, or to infringe others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Do not impersonate individuals or organizations, or create audio that misleads others about the speaker’s identity without lawful authority.
• Do not attack or disrupt the system, exceed limits through technical abuse, or collect data unlawfully.
• Do not resell access to the Service in any form not expressly permitted by us in writing.

4. Content and ownership

You retain rights to text, voice reference files, and other content you provide (“Your Content”), and grant us the right to process Your Content as needed to operate the Service (for example: speech synthesis, temporary storage, technical processing).

We and our licensors retain all rights to software, models, interfaces, the HEX Voice brand, and related materials. Using the Service does not transfer intellectual property ownership to you, except the limited usage rights under your purchased plan.

Audio generated by the Service may be used according to your plan and the restrictions in these terms. You are responsible for how you use output audio (including input content licenses and legal obligations to third parties).

5. Plans, credits, and payment

Some features require a paid plan or credits. Fees, quotas, and benefits are described on the pricing page or in a separate contract (if any).

Payment may be made through methods supported on the platform (for example bank transfer). Orders are activated only after we confirm valid payment has been received in full.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, amounts paid are generally non-refundable after a plan/credits have been credited to your account.

6. API and technical limits

When using the API, you must follow the technical documentation, rate limits, credit limits, and security measures we specify.

We may change endpoints, parameters, or technical thresholds to maintain system stability; material changes will be communicated via docs or support channels when reasonable.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay on time, or when necessary to protect the system and other users.

After termination, access may be revoked; data may be deleted under the Privacy Policy and operational retention schedules, unless law requires longer retention.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We strive for quality but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or fitness for every specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The new version takes effect when posted on the website, unless another effective date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be handled by the competent authorities in Vietnam.
